 The CSBG Program is designed to help eliminate, reduce, or address the conditions of poverty within 13 counties in Eastern North Carolina. 

The North Carolina Weatherization Assistance Program is designed to deliver energy efficiency service to low-income households.   

 The Healthy Homes Program is designed to assist low-income persons and families whose older homes have fallen into disrepair. 

We service Camden,Chowan, Currituck, Dare, Gates, Hyde, Pasquotank, Perquimans, Tyrrell, & Washignton counties. 

We maintain that infants and toddlers learn best when the environment meets their physical, social,cognitive,and emotional needs.

Head Start provides children with a learning environment and varied experiences which help them develop socially, intellectually, physically, and emotionally.
